• Booker and guest details: name, email, WhatsApp number and special requests.
• Booking and payment details: dates, rooms, amounts and payment status. Card details are processed by the payment provider and never stored by us.
• Account details (if you sign up): name, email, an encrypted password and your preferred language.
• Technical data for security: IP address and device type, used to prevent abuse.

How We Use It

• To process and confirm your booking.
• To send booking information by email and WhatsApp.
• To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers who help us (payments, email and WhatsApp delivery), and only as far as needed.

Your Rights
