Booking and Payment

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah. The total to pay is always shown in the summary before you book.
• Rooms are held until the payment deadline. If payment hasn't arrived by then, the booking expires and the room is released.
• A booking is confirmed once payment is received, and a confirmation is sent to your email.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations, no-shows and date changes follow the policy of the rate you chose. See the Cancellation policy page.

During Your Stay

• Guests must show an ID card, driving licence or passport at check-in.
• The whole hotel is non-smoking, except in marked areas.
• Damage to rooms or facilities may be charged.
